I like this assortment of perches and ladder that came with this order. The perches were sturdy and had a natural wood surface, but did not have any areas that could splinter or hurt a bird’s feet with roughly edged bark. From the first photo I included, you can see these perches should work nicely for conures, cockatiels and smaller parrots. I am using all but one perch for my Meyer’s parrot which is the size of a smaller conure. I placed largest perch illustrated in the second photo in the cage of my African Grey, but I am not certain if it will be long enough for him to feel comfortable. If not my other bird will enjoy it.

The order came with a Thank You card which stated these perches were hand made and the workers included many people with disabilities. I notice that the perches are currently unavailable, but hopefully this is temporary since I think they were of good quality at an attractive price.

Overall 4/5 stars.

Lets start off with the positives:
- This is a lot of items. They even included two twine balls which my birds love to chew apart

Negatives:
- Ladder due to it being wire curves a lot.
- Ladder is not 18 inches and is far less than that
- Price is a little hefty for what you get.

This is a nice assortment of natural wooden perches and a ladder which I picked up for my cockatiel. The bird likes them (he is fussy about artificial stands) and he began using them (and chewing them) immediately so I'm happy with them.

Compared to other offerings they are a bit more expensive but both the branches and hardware were very nice and nicely assembled.

Good perches for lovebirds

This set is a great addition to my lovebird cages. Sturdy hardware, natural materials, good sizes.

I've got a pair of young lovebirds (sisters) that share the forked branch perch, and they spend most of their time on it. They don't chew on it much, so I think it will last a long time.

Their mother is in her own cage with the thicker half-log type perch. She spends a fair amount of time there and never chews on the perch. I expected that the bark would have been enticing, but it is still intact after more than a month.

The ladder is sturdy with good materials. The clips are the cheap kind, but functional. My lovebirds tend to unscrew the heavy duty clips anyway.

The crinkle of the packaging is enough to set off my lovebirds in a fit of fright. I'm not sure why they are so skiddish with things like this... but if your birds are like mine, be sure to unpack the items in a different room.
