This kit is a pretty nice spread. Tie the ropes to the chain, tie the bag to one rope, fill the bag with a few rocks and toss it over the branch. If you can't aim/throw very well then this may not be the tool for you.
I have a left hand impairment so I started by using the loop strap on the left side and sliding it up just above my elbow. I used the t-grip handle on the right but after about 10 minutes of sawing it was actually easier to use the loop straps on both arms above the elbows. This was actually significantly more comfortable for me. I used this to cut a ~7" hardwood black locust limb down. It took me about 20 minutes of sawing.
A couple things to note when using this. First, the further you cut through the branch, the smaller the cutting arch of the chain gets. This leads to more binding the deeper you get. I was able to power through the binds with firm, quick jerks of the rope, and also by trying to maintain a smooth, swift cutting rhythm.
Second beware when the branch falls, of you're using the loop straps higher up on your arms. When my limb fell, the outer end hit the ground and it sprung the cut end away from me (fortunately not far enough to yank me over). When your limb falls, be ready to move! Overall, it's a handy little kit that saved me from at least a $500 bill from a tree service.
