There are very few cases for this e-reader and it's super disappointing. I didn't love the one made by the company itself, so I gave this one a try for the price. It has held up so well and gives the tablet some protection when I travel with it in my purse! Love the sleep/wake option too.

A little flimsy, does not put Libre to sleep

You get what you pay for. The material feels cheap, and it’s not very sturdy. I purchased this for protection and I do think it gives my Libre enough protection on the edges, but I’m not impressed with the quality. It also does not put the Libre to sleep when it is closed, but I should have expected it. For the price, I am not going to return it, but if it breaks in the future (concerned about the flap being ripped off after wear and tear) I will probably purchase Kobo’s case.

When I hold the device, if I hold the back of the case in my hand along with the device, it is uncomfortable and has a slippery grip, same if I hold the device without the flap… the flap just dangles around and hits my hand.

I had been looking for a sleep cover case for my new Kobo Libra 2 that had a plain back with no stand. This was one of the few choices. I wish there were more colors and designs to chose from but this blue marbled design is nice. The only small issue I have is that the magnets are too weak to hold the cover in place when you have it folded back while reading. Otherwise the sleep/wake function works perfectly. I just checked and this is the 11th Fintie item I have purchased over the years for the parade of electronics I have owned!

This is my first eReader and I wanted to get a case that offered good protection without adding much bulk. I've been really satisfied with the case so far. The quality is above what I expected for the price, the texture is subtle but a nice touch. It puts the Libra 2 to sleep when closed and folds back well enough to make one-handed reading easy.

I appreciate that the only visible branding is on the inside of the front cover and is the same color as the soft velvet-like material. The magnet that holds the cover closed stays closed readily but is easy to open.

I'll update this review if anything changes, but so far with about a month of use and travel with it I'm confident with the protection it offers.

I really do love this case. It fits perfectly, isn't too bulky and has cutouts for your power button and usb-c port. Sleep function works flawlessly. If you have a Kobo Libra 2, you should buy this case
