Does not fast charge, overnight only

I purchased this because it's specifically advertised as a "fast charger" for the Apple Watch 7. It does not fast charge my watch. After leaving my watch on it for 30 minutes, it had only charged it by about five percent. Ten minutes on the fast charger that came with my watch was double that.

If you just need an overnight charger or plan to leave your watch on it for hours, this is a good choice. Belkin is a nice brand. If you're like me and need to recharge throughout the day, this charger isn't for you.

Works Great on Ultra - Apple Website Confirms Fast Charging

I am not sure what to think with the comments from the manufacturer other than they are out of date and before the Ultra launch. As far as I can tell this exact same product listed on the apple.com site and says that yes, this will fast charge the Ultra/8 as well as the previous 7 models. The descriptions on this page are messed up since it lists Apple Watch models in the "phone" section. SMH. No problems here. I have mine powered from a 20W USB C charger. Not sure if there is a simple way to verify that it indeed is "fast charging". Works well enough for me.

Other than the price, which in my opinion is far too high, I love this stand. It’s weighted well so stays in place. It’s easily height adjustable for any of the watches, including the new large ultra! I bought it for my nightstand to free the charging cable that came with the watch to deploy in my rv.

$35.00 for this would be more appropriate. It does NOT come with a power adapter. So if you want To not be tethered to a computer you need to buy one. I have the apple model. Does this unit charge fast? Well it will only charge as fast as your charger is capable. I have it plugged in to the apple 20 watt usb charger. So it charges as it should.

I love it. It works. But at $50 I feel it’s very overpriced considering you still have to buy the power supply.

Some of the reviews on Amazon claim that this charging stand does not charge as fast as the charging cord provided by Apple with the Apple Watch Series 7. I decided to buy this item anyway and test their claim. I found that this unit and the Apple cord will charge the Series 7 watch at exactly the same rate.
Since this Belkin stand holds the watch in place and has a cord that can be adjusted for length, I find it to be a better option than the Apple cord, and am happy with my purchase.

Does not FAST Charge iWatch Series 7

Compared to the Apple fast charger, the Belkin is more than 3x slower. Given my trust and respect for the Belkin brand, I assumed that I must have received a malfunctioning unit, so I ordered another one. But, to my surprise, the same issue. From the same 20w power adapter, both Belkin chargers work at 1/3 the rate compared to the Apple charging cable. Shocked! I returned both items.
