The eye cream itself is very lightweight, it applies on easily and absorbs really fast. Great for daytime use since it is relatively light and you can apply other things over it, so if you need more intense ones under your eyes, you may want something heavier and creamer for nighttime. I found this eye cream was very soothing and hydrating. My under eye areas feel great all day long.

This Dr. Ceuracle (aka leegeehaam brand) eye cream is a translucent white color with orange speckles in it. The texture is very serum-like and very lightweight. It absorbs quickly and doesn't leave a sticky residue.

It comes with a golden massage applicator that is good for moving the cream around but you'll probably still need to use clean fingertips to rub the product in gently.

One of the top ingredients is propolis which is great for its soothing and antioxidant properties. It also contains niacinamide for brightening and hyaluronic acid for moisture retention.

However, the ingredients also contain orange essential oil, which can be irritating for sensitive skin. The skin around the eyes is delicate, so I would definitely patch test this before using it on the sensitive under eye area.

It's made in Korea. The top seam of the tube and the outer box are clearly marked the expiration date. The full ingredient list is printed in Korean on the outer box. The ingredients translated into English are fairly easy to find online, though.
The ingredients are:

This is a great product at a more affordable price than some of the other propolis eye creams I've seen out there. The little applicator is nice to gently work the product in but I wish it was one molded piece and didn't use it much as I tend to use my fingers around my eyes.

The product itself is lightweight, it absorbs quickly. I think it's good for daytime and nighttime use, but if you need intense moisture under your eyes, you may choose to supplement this one with a heavier product at night. I found it was very soothing and actually does a great job on crepey skin around the eyes.

The Royal Vita Propolis Capsule Eye Cream does not have English-translated ingredients on the packaging, so I can only share what I know of the product through my experience and what is on the sales post as of this review. The eye cream is a lightweight, cloudy gel that disappears and melts into a colorless but hydrating product with good spreadability. I didn't see any capsules inside the Royal Vita Propolis medium, but I'm sure I'm still getting nourishing, hydration-boosting benefits of the vitamin C, propolis (which is not honey), vitamin E, and collagen. Ps - you are not replacing lost collagen. In cosmetics, when collagen is added, it is there for moisture retention only. Molecularly, collagen is too large to penetrate deep enough to do much else. The little plastic wand they include in the box is completely unnecessary. I prefer to use my fingers. Either way, you are unlikely to experience any pulling or tugging with the application. It can be used AM and PM; without causing pilling or flaking when layering on other skincare. Odorless. I didn't smell anything. Mild - didn't cause any redness or irritation, nor did it provoke a Rosacea flare (which I sometimes get along the upper cheeks when a product is too harsh). Very affordable ($22 per tube as of this review).

Korean cosmetics are known to many as among the best in the world. If Korea is like the beauty capital of Asia, my wife's native Colombia may be one of the beauty capitals of Latin America. She's always on the lookout for new products to help keep her skin youthful and healthy, and she's taken to using Korean products recently (heck, even I, a early middle aged dude who doesn't care too much about beauty, have used some great Korean products recently such as a coffee infused body scrub).

This eye cream is infused with honey in the form of propolis, which has numerous benefits (externally and internally if taken in its natural form). There are also collagen capsules which should burst during the application, providing a more direct impact on the skin. The cream comes with a small massager that can be used for the application of the cream. My wife is already quite youthful looking for her age (she's in her early 30s, but many people think she's still in college and can't believe she's married with a kid). Whether this has made a huge difference is hard to say as a result. Often with these products that are supposed to help with signs of aging, it's more a matter of prevention than reversal; in my wife's case, because she's naturally somewhat youthful looking and typically does a good job taking care of her skin, this has likely been a help to prevent further or premature aging, and in that way, it works really well. My wife says it's been wonderful, and she recommends it for sure.
