Hands down one of my worst tech purchases of recent memory unfortunately.

I really wanted to like this massage gun, the pictures and marketing material look great and the 50% off sale sold me. Unfortunately I was bamboozled and it went down hill from the very start with so many questionable decisions. Just taking the items out of the box the cone tip fell apart.

Next the Wi-Fi pairing took multiple attempts since it kept auto quitting mid setup and I wish I didn’t update it since the new settings are worse.

You have to do multiple clicks and swipes on a tiny interface just to get it massaging and if you’re doing your back and accidentally brush the screen in anyway it cuts off.

Now you may ask why not use the extended handle to not go near the display, well the extended handle falls off with any decent pressure since it’s super light and only held on by friction.

The same goes for some of the tips which fall off not even on full blast since they are held on by friction too which seems utterly baffling on something that vibrates.

Then there’s the stand which on a smooth surface will fly off your table since it can move if you blow on it.

Then there’s charging, I’ve plugged the stand and the device in multiple places and got no indication it’s even charging so who knows after some use if I’ll even be able to use it anymore after any decent use.

Some tips don’t even let the device sit flush in the stand so if there is wireless charging on it I’m sure it won’t work with certain tips and if you try plugging into the device instead of the stand it can’t sit in the cradle because of where the port is on the surface where it sits in the cradle.

All these design decisions are utterly ridiculous and I wish I did more research up front instead getting sucked in on a sale.

I would not recommend this device at all and I got more relief out of a $30 Tens unit this this device but I wanted to branch out since I was tired of the gel and pads for it.

Bought this for my wife, she suffers from planter fasciitis and Degenerative disc disease. Also she has fibromyalgia, she uses this quite often for pain relief and relaxation excellent product. Extremely powerful four deep tissue massages.
