I'm really liking this controller. The buttons and D-pad feel great and joysticks are comparable to Microsoft's. RB/LB and other buttons work as expected and overall build feels high quality but there are a few caveats about this controller. Overall, I find myself using this more than my xbox one controller. (Used on PC)

Pros
-ABXY/D-pad buttons have a very tactile feel to them and seem responsive when compared to mushy button counterparts
-Joysticks just as comfortable as xbox

Cons (would be nice to see at least the light and view button addressed in the next revision)
-GLARING LIGHT FROM THE POWER INDICATOR... fixed by tinted tape..
-R/L triggers feel great, but I'm not a fan of the angle I have to pull and would prefer it be a bit more towards the controller rather than the feet of the controller. Trigger stops work as intended
-View button(top left) position can be awkward to press since you have to go across the joystick rather than under it

As a small disclaimer:
I haven't used the built in audio jack and just flat out disabled the multifunction buttons since I believe it's due to microsoft that those are limited to just remapping rather than being able to be macro buttons(would absolutely love a macro feature for these). I barely notice they exist other than occasionally bumping into them but that's more from getting used to the controller than any particular placement.

Worth the jump from Razer Wolverine Tournament Edition

This is still a review in progress as I need more time with the controller to have a full opinion on it. For some context I have purchased 2 Razer Wolverine Tournament Edition controllers in the last 3 years and trust the quality and durability of Razer controllers.

I'm really happy Razer made a chroma edition to the Wolverine v2 as it looks absolutely stunning with my RGB set up. The rubber grip below the RGB is very comfortable and isn't distracting at all. Razer kept the tactile \ clicky feel of the buttons which I always loved. The placement of the m1\m2 feel even better on the Wolverine v2 and is more natural and easier to reach. The triggers feel really nice but wouldn't mind if they made the triggers a bit more rounded at the tips so they aren't pressing into my fingers so harshly. The interchangable magnetic thumbsticks are a nice addition to the Wolverine lineup however you can only change the top piece and not the entire thumbstick, therefore when stick drift inevitably happens, you are SOL. The placement of the 'start' & 'menu' buttons are weird to get used to at first.

I absolutely dislike the new d-pad as it is harder to press down on the direction you want as it is one circular button which you can also 'whiff' and hit the side of the d-pad because of its height. I wish it was interchangable like the Elite controllers have. The macro buttons on the back of the controller are a bit harder to reach especially if you have smaller hands. However the controller itself feels natural and doesn't feel too big, my hands fit medium latex gloves very loosely so my hands are not large at all. I'm still getting used to this controller within a competitive setting so I will update this review over time.

I've had this controller for a year and 2 months now, with daily use in games like Guilty Gear, Genshin Impact, Skullgirls, Hades, and Multiversus to name a few.

It's held up incredibly well. The buttons still feel great and clicky, the extra shoulder buttons are a godsend (the M1 and M2 buttons between the trigger and shoulder buttons) when I don't need the analog nature of the shoulder triggers.
The Dpad is probably the nicest Dpad I've ever used. Hands down. It just makes sense to use a concave disk-shape for your thumb to roll across when you want to do motion inputs for fighting games.

Some downsides:
1) The replacement thumbstick tips are... ok. There's not a big aftermarket (at all) if you want to replace them either so you're stuck with replacements coming from razer or slipping thumbstick grips over the top of the existing nubs

2) No wireless option. Small nitpick, but not that small either. For its price point, it would have been nice to have a 2.4 ghz receiver.

I have no problems with how this controller functions. It looks great, it is an extremely pleasant weight, the triggers feel excellent, the buttons have a satisfying click, the D-pad feels durable and easy to use, the sticks are textured in a nice way. The added buttons default to X and B which is actually quite handy for playing Elden Ring in my playtime as those are easier to press for healing and dodging than moving your finger off of the stick.
The only downside I've found is that its listed default price seems quite high to me. I bought this on Black Friday for $40 and I find that an awesome deal, but amazon says that it normally sells for $100 and I'm a little unsure of if I would pay that much for any controller in my honest opinion, but lots of higher-end controllers sell for about that amount in modern gaming so I won't knock any stars off. If you could get it for $70 or less I would say it's a very fair price to pay for this premium controller, and I see it usually hovers around that price point anyway.
