Great software, steady focus

I really like the software that comes with this camera. The settings are clearly labeled with helpful details (much clearer than Logi, for example). Super that settings are stored on the camera so when I move it between devices it sticks. I also like that this is a fixed focus camera, non of the focus seeking bounce I have experienced with “auto focus” cameras. I love how rock solid this makes the image. I do wish the camera were slightly less wide angle, though. Using the software “zoom” (really a crop) makes the resulting image slightly fuzzier than ideal.

So far it has worked well. Installation was easy, and the image quality is great. I'm a little disappointed in its ability to perform in lower-lighting situations. Lots of noise, and the noise reduction feature is just overly smooth. For the price, I'm pleased. It was a huge upgrade over my 10-year-old Logitech webcam.

I bought this to replace my c920 after many years. I found myself unhappy with the quality, especially when using the zoom to crop out my surroundings. The Facecam is an upgrade. The application is more in-depth and the picture is crisper. The image still is not perfect... And I've had to unplug it a couple of times due to it getting stuck on a frame or dark lighting. The device itself is huge compared to other webcams. It's the most adjustable one I've had, as far as rotating side-to-side and up-to-down.

This cam is great! I use it for streaming on twitch and it’s prefect. Didn’t have to break the bank to have a awesome quality camera for my stream. It’s small and light so it won’t take up to much space. I would for sure recommend this camera to anyone who’s looking to upgrade from the c922 or anything of the sort.
