I was surprised by the quality of the product. I was researching mouse and desk pads for a while, and most of the complaints are for bad smells, thin cheap materials, or not laying flat.
I took a chance with buying a product that was not the cheapest, and thankfully there weren’t any problems.
The mouse pad did not have a bad smell, and even though it came rolled up, but began to flatten out immediately. And after a day it has flattened out fine without having to put books or weight on it. I did not use any heat to flatten it out.
This is imitation leather, and does not feel like authentic leather, but that’s what I expected. It still feels durable.
The bottom surface is not as anti-slip as most mouse pads you find at the office supply stores. But because of its size and weight, it pretty much stays on place for my needs. If necessary I will try some adhesive pads.
I like that the logo is just embossed on the surface, and not printed. From a distance you can’t even tell it has a logo at all.
I would recommend this extended mouse pad, as long as it holds up over time. If the product starts to fail prematurely I will update my review.
