You Choose How to Use


Brush Place brush head in mouth, press Brush button, use light pressure and clean all tooth surfaces.	Floss Lean over sink, place brush head in partially closed mouth, press Floss button, follow gumline.	Brush + Floss Place brush head in partially closed mouth. Lean over the sink, press Brush and Floss buttons.

Usage Tips

You can add your favorite mouthwash to the water reservoir - be sure to rinse the unit after (see instruction manual for details)
Apply toothpaste when using the Brush mode, before or after using the Floss mode or Brush/Floss mode
To disconnect the toothbrush from hose for brushing on the go, push the round button on the back of the power handle

This does not work with GFCI circuits

After two months the flossing mechanism stopped working. It was past Amazon's return period, so I called Waterpik. I was told that they know the device trips GFCI circuits, and all I have to do is reset the outlet. That means (a) the thing is not designed to work properly with the kind of electrical outlets mandated by code, and (b) I have to go to the electrical box in the basement because the bathroom outlets are all controlled by a GFCI breaker. I said that wasn't satisfactory and I wanted my money back. "Our money back warranty is good for 30 days," she told me. "Try returning it to the store. Is there anything else I can help you with?"

Addendum: A few days after I wrote this review Amazon notified me that they would replace the item. I appreciate that and hope the replacement performs better. But that does not mitigate the fact that Waterpik knowingly sells a device intended for use in the bathroom that will randomly trip the circuit required in the bathroom.

Worth the money

Although, the WaterPic 2.0 Professional was the higher price option I was considering, I found it to be worth every penny I paid. This brush is replacing a sonic care and standard WaterPic. It vibrates at the same frequecy as my previous Sonic care and when utilizing the water pic simultaneously, All I can say is wow! I can adjust both frquency of the brush and the water pressure to exactly where it is most comfortable. After 2 weeks of use, my entire mouth feels better, teeth whiter and gums healthier. If I could recommend only 1 item to the manufacturer, it would be to add more bristles to the brush head making it more dense. But, works fine as purchased. I recommend this product to anyone that is intrested in teeth and gum care with noticable results. After all the money spent on crowns, implants etc. etc. in the past 60+ years, I finally found a worthwhile investment to support that investment.

This item was purchased in April 2021, and just last night the water pick flosser function stopped working properly. Up until recently, things were functioning well, and the brush/flosser were doing their jobs well. However, last night it began to function intermittently. The brush function still works well, but the flosser on turns on part of the time. Sometimes it will turn on when I hit the button, most times it won't. Disappointing, especially considering this item is only two months old. I'd reconsider purchasing.

Today I went for my 3 month deep cleaning with my periodontist. He looked at the results and said, he was extremely pleased with the progress. I have been using this only for 3 months but there was a drastic difference in my gum health.
It is very easy to use and I like the water adjustment level. I did not realize how much gunk I had been leaving on and between my teeth while using a regular toothbrush.
I was so pleased with mine that after 2 weeks, I bought my mom one. She loves hers, too.

The product cleans well and the pressure increases plaque/food removal quite a bit. Although it functionally seems great, product failed within one day of use. Absolute garbage from my personal experience. The brush continues to work but the base station has already failed which I can see since it has no blue connection light and no longer charges the brush. Brush comes with a pointless traveling case. This brush isn’t so good you’ll want to travel with it in a traveling case. Waterpik has poor quality assurance from what I have seen in the past. I had purchased a shower head which failed within 2 years as well. I’ve never had a shower head fail on me but waterpiks did due to it containing cheap plastic parts. Overall avoid waterpik at all cost. I would rather return it then get a replacement and try again sicnr the first one was not promising at all. Overall incredibly disappointed.
