I have been on the hunt for comfortable shorts to wear during my pregnancy and these are the ones! They are buttery soft, squat proof, stay up on the waist and they do not ride up or worse, squeeze the thighs too tight! I bought multiple pairs so I can even wear them to bed because they are more comfortable than any of the other shorts I have tried out so far. I am almost 6 months pregnant and FINALLY found a pair that are comfortable. Grab a pair as soon as you can! Order your regular prepregnancy size.

So these shorts so SO SOFT! I think the material feels nice and is comfy. Some people may not prefer this type of material (idk why!) but I do. I actually am not a fan of traditional spandex type feeling workout leggings/shorts.

They accommodated my bump well (for reference, I am 5’0, pre-pregnancy was 114 lbs, and I bought these in a medium since I’m in my third trimester and at 32 weeks weighing 134 lbs and a belly at 38” when I measured with a measuring tape, I felt the medium was a good size, definitely room to grow and not super loose yet not too tight either. It was comfortable: but I also probably could have fit a small. I didn’t want to take chances of feeling my belly too tight. I’m using them for home lounging.

Con:

I docked a star but this only applies for the black color (I also purchased these in the gray because I love them so much)

The black color, as some others stated, bleeds dye. Like ALOT. If you don’t wash them right away, you will stain stuff: underwear, whatever you sit on, etc. lol not kidding.

I recommend either washing them by themselves OR if you’re like me and you don’t want to waste the space in the washer and electricity on one single item, just do what I did and hand wash it in a sink with detergent and rinse it really well. I soaped it’s and rinsed it like three times in the sink so that the water wasn’t as dark with dye when I was done. And I then threw it in the wash with my darks and done.

I tested the dye bleed on the gray version (not the heathered ones, the solid lighter gray ones) and those didn’t bleed. Not sure about any of the other colors tho.

The label says to dry clean.... yeah o wasn’t doing that lol it came out of the wash just fine. I washed it cold water with my darks and dried it with normal settings , medium heat and it was fine.

Aside from the bleeding dye issue of the black ones, I’m completely happy with them!

I seriously never want to stop wearing them lol.

I got wet in these shorts and it dyed my legs black, which makes me wary of wearing them with lighter colors in the summer. So we careful what you put in the washer with these! They are not properly cured. Also, the top elastic never lays flat, it gets all twisted up inside and it's a drag to try to flatten it out. The tag inside said 100% cotton which is a total lie, I cut this out since it was very itchy. I don't mind that its not 100% cotton and they are very soft and comfortable and I have room to grow. The pockets are so handy and I like that I can wear most of my shirts with these shorts since it is high waisted without having to worry about sheerness or it being too short in length. I will be reaching for them all summer long but just be cautious with the dye.

I love these shorts! They are so soft and comfortable. I am 5’ 3” and was a size 14 pre-pregnancy, but gained a lot more weight than I wanted, so I got an XL. I was happy with the fit but thought they might be slightly big, so I ordered an L. The L fit better, but I still love both pairs of shorts.

I just had my baby and packed my XL shorts in my hospital bag to use during my recovery, and I am soooo glad I did. They are super comfy and fit all the stuff that gets packed in to help momma feel better. I highly recommend these shorts!
