I have been working out since high school and I get a little bit bored of my routine. Austin does a great job of giving you a lot of variations to the exercises you currently do to help maximize your gains so you don't plateau. I also love the fact that he describes in detail how to perform the exercises properly to increase the effectiveness and reduce injuries.
I also really enjoyed that Austin gives out information on vegan/vegetarian diets. It is hard to come across trainers who take those things into account and being vegan myself, I appreciated that he mentioned some good vegan options and supplements to help build muscle.
Overall I really enjoyed the book. It was well written and has many great illustrations to help make things easier to understand. I feel much more confident and prepared to get back to the gym thanks to Austin's book. Austin really know what he is talking about and I would definitely suggest this to anyone who is wanting to take their fitness and health more seriously!

Glad to see there are references for using resistance bands as I am a believer in progressive resistance to get the most out of an excercise. Also includes gobs of information on the whole biological process. I would like to see an addendum added for the differences/variations that are age related.
