This little 300 W amp is a powerhouse!
The preamp offers really good tone, and it can get really loud both at 8 ohms… and 4 ohms with full power. It seems to have some built-in compression, and the preamp sounds really good both with active and passive basses.
I use this for rehearsals, all of the time and for practice when I don’t want to take my full 700W amp. The USB out is an added bonus because you can plug it directly into your laptop or iPad as a recording interface, and it also has headphones out if you want to practice quietly.
