Where to start? I ended up buying this because I liked the Star Wars design and was tired of the low battery warnings during gameplay + constantly feeding AA batteries to my current controller.

I was a bit nervous about the "Controller Gear" tag in the product description, but from what I can tell it's an authentic xbox controller bundled with a charging stand with a matching design.

The controller came with a rechargeable battery pack that works with the stand, so no rechargeable AAs or additional purchase necessary. Just for kicks I pulled the battery pack out of the controller and switched it to my Elite controller and it worked just as well there.

Charge speed and duration seem good. I haven't had any signs of low battery during a long session, and at the end of playing, back on the stand it goes, so it always starts full.

It is a cool controller. But I am paying for brand new. The box comes with double tape which apparently been opened b4. And battery has used sign 2. Left hand side of faceplate is very loose when you put your hands on it. I paid top dollar for what was supposed to be “new”. Maybe a return piece from another compliant customer. I don’t know. What I can say. Hope what happened to me won’t happen to the rest of you. This bundle is still cool with fun being honest. May the force be with you.
