It may not be the fault of the seller as all these gripes could be listed in the item description, and I could have been misled by my own expectations..
1. Pattern etched into rolling pin is not deep enough to leave an impression in dough.. nor for pies, or cookies. Impression is very shallow and flat, as if made by a laser etcher.. has no dimension.
2. Much shorter and thinner than a standard rolling pin.
3. The wood is rough and flimsy. Feels as though even getting it wet would cause it to crack and splinter.
