I wanted to take some strain off my right hand so I tried this, running it along with my right handed trackball.
I had tried to use a mouse with the left hand and found that awkward.
I found using the left handed trackball fairly easy, much more so than I expected.
As far as the trackball, it fits my hand well (7.5" wrist to tip of middle finger. I wear L gloves that fit snug) though if you had longer hands this may not be good for you. compared to a Logitech M570, this base is 4.8" long vs 5.4" on the 570. However this has a higher arch, ~ 6" for the middle finger vs ~5.75" on 570.The difference is enough to keep my middle finger from touching the desktop, which sometimes I do on a M570.
The forward/back buttons are a little taller, and seem a bit farther back than what I would like, though this may be more about using my left instead of right.
The right/left click buttons are light touch. The trackball is very smooth.
I do wish they made Bluetooth versions
