Quality bluetooth headphones!

**Update** After the firmware update to address the lack of volume control I decided to give these headphones another chance. I must say the swipe up or down feature was a nice add on. Whether listening to music or on a call I have been able to adjust the volume with ease (i.e. not accidentally dropping a call, etc.). Something else I noticed with this model that is better when compared with the original is how smoothly the bluetooth is synced when you're already on a call. With the previous model if I was on a call, then wanted to switch to bluetooth there was a mild lapse with the connection; with the new model this transition is seamless which is great!

As noted the sound quality it top notch! Call clarity is great as well. The only reason I'm not rating it five stars is because it still lacks the ability to replay a previous track, so if we want to hear that song that does it for you one more time you have to do this via your device. Hopefully Bose will provide another firmware update for this soon.

If your looking for a bluetooth headphone with great sound quality I highly recommend the Bose Sport Earbuds.

**OLD** I own the original Bose SoundSport Free model and have been waiting for this upgrade for over a year, I must say I am very disappointed! It seems like they have taken a step back in features. This model has no volume control or previous track option on the earpiece, so you are forced to remain close to your device if you want to make these changes. This defeats the purpose of Bluetooth headphones to me. Knowing Bose in 6 months they will do an upgrade to add features like this which should've been there in the first place!

Sound quality is no a big change from the original model which was already top notch.

Call quality is comparable as well to the original model.

If you are looking for your first pair of bluetooth headphones and don't mind the lack of features mentioned above, these are a good option because Bose sound quality is great! If you owned the original model like I did, this is not an "upgrade" but a step back. I will be returning these and sticking with the original model.

Backward step for Bose

This is a poor substitute for replacing the Bose SoundSport Free earbuds. They added the touch feature but eliminated some key features. I am assuming Bose is going to drop or already have the SoundSport Free earbuds.
1. No volume control on the earbuds
2. Only able to skip ahead to the next song but not able to go back a song.
3. Eliminated the "Find the Earbud" feature. This feature has saved me three times from losing one of the earbuds after losing it out of my ear on mountain biking trails.

Very disappointed in Bose in this respect since I very much like most of their products and own quite a few.

Perfect for my running and fit much better than Jabra 75t

These fit in my ear perfectly and stay there in running. The sound quality is good for what it is, and one of the best among true wireless earbuds. Sound stage is okay, highs are pretty good, for bass I wouldn't want a bit more than what it already has. I also used these to make phone calls, and sound quality on the other end was also good.

My main use: working out, including running.
Features I need: staying in ear while moving, stable connection, quality mic for phone call
Features I don't need: ANC (bad for running), complex touch control (tried Sennheiser True Wireless and it was bad)
What do I already have: Jabra 75t, Shure 845 with M2BT1, a few other wired big/small headphones, etc

I was worried reading other early reviews, but I'm so relieved after getting mine. People compare with Jabra 75t and complain about these. I have both and on the contrary totally prefer Bose. Sound is more open and clear. Jabra is not bad but the sound is too closed and gives an even smaller sound stage. Jabra don't stay in my ears despite I have a few different foam eartips to try on. For bass, I can say these have the signature Bose kind of bass, deep but not heavy. It touches the low frequency a bit but does not not go boom. I personally prefer this though others may want more bass. Overall, these are better than Jabra in every aspect for me. They don't sound as nice as my Shure, but they are for different purposes.

Bose Sport Earbuds Sound good

Presentation of the box is a straight forward dive in. What is in the Box? The manuals and USB type C three inch cable. Different size eartips small, medium and large. I am 5"9 mediums fit me the best. When I put in the earbuds for the first time a mythemic symphony welcomes you to its orchestra. These Bose Sport Earbuds sound great. The audio levels are dynamically balanced very well there is noticeable bass just enough of it to enjoy my music. I typically listen artists such as Sam Smith, Ha Anh Tuan, My Tam and Dan+ Shay. All music continued to impress the fidelity that each track had. I currently havc Samsung Icon X, Sony WI-SP800N, Jaybird Vista and the Bose Sport Earbuds sound a lot better than the other brands. I always loved the Jaybird Vista for its comfortable wingtips, I can say that these Bose Sport Earbuds stay in my ear when I am doing backflips.
The Pros: I can use either earbud and the music will continue to play. Battery life is really good I will update on this on how many hours on a single charge before needing to recharge in the dock.
Cons: I cannot get the double tap to play and pause properly. It sometimes work and most of the time it does nothing. My two mobile phones that I use are Sony Xperia XZ1 Compact and Iphone XR, both devices had this same issue. Maybe a software is in the works to fix this.
