Smooth and comfortable pens

Love the way they write. Very smooth and comfortable to use. The colors are vibrant and the glitter is very visible in person. Bought them for my daughter and she has been using them for 2 months in school and they are still working so the amount of ink in them is a good supply. They smell great!

I should have paid closer attention and you should too! THE PENS SMELL, NOT THE INK. Yes, the pen you hold in your hand has a smell to it, but the ink is all regular plain black ink. THE PENS ARE COLORED ON THE LABEL, BUT THE INK IS ALL BLACK. Every pen writes black although each has a different color on it. These were a gift and not at all what I was expecting. I feel very deceived by the actual product. If you want just black pens with no scent that will add a slight smell to your hand when you write, then these are what you are looking for. Scented ink or colored ink they are not.

So I bought these to keep at my desk at work. They're unique (I can easily identify them as my own if somebody were to steal), I'm a fan of anything Dia de los Muertos (sugar skulls), and they're scented. Well the day they arrive I excitedly opened the package. They're individually wrapped and have a "stopper" to keep the ink fresh. I gave it a test spin and they write nice and smooth. Then came the sniff test. I put my nose to the paper and could hardly smell anything. Then I noticed that the wonderful scent of the pen was coming from the finger grip, not the ink. I went to my order history and read the item description: scented PEN. The ink isn't scented. If it is, you can't tell. You can certainly smell the pen when you're using it to write. A bit misleading. Almost returned them because it wasn't what I expected. Then decided to just keep them since they write nice. Just won't be repurchasing or recommending to anybody.

There is brain research about how to get ppl to remember things. It's believed that it's easier when we engage as many of the senses as possible. I bought these pens for my children to use with their spelling curriculum. The pens engage your touch sense via the smoothness of the pen (all pens really), the colors & glitter in the ink engage the sight sense, the scents engage the sense of smell, and I have them say the letters out loud as they write them, which engages their sense of hearing. Four sense out of Five isn't bad.

These pens are great quality, I'm really picky and I always buy expensive supplies as long as they are great products, I'll put the money in.

Great pens. I bought two sets and will buy more soon.

It's been a few years since I wrote my original review. We now own over 200 of these pens in many varieties. Although to date, these are our go to pens, out of all the varieties out there. Excellent & worth the price.
