This is my first helmet comms device and I doubt I’ll try another one, it was a waste of money. I got it mainly to listen to music/podcasts on my commute, secondly for a phone call or 2. I haven’t tried helmet to helmet pairing or communication at all. Functionality is poor at best for the main reasons I tried it. It’s simply not loud enough to hear. When I’m at a stop light or in residential areas it sounds great. Anything close to freeway speeds better be a song I know by heart or else it’s worthless. And good luck having a phone conversation. To clarify, this is with a full face helmet.
There were literally NO installation instructions included. I had to find a YouTube video before I could really even get started. Enough said.
This unit probably doesn’t even rate 3 stars overall, but it was an experiment to begin with, so I had no specific expectations.
