I never knew of redragon till I got one of their mice for free from some site that I built a gaming laptop from. It was included with the purchase for free. For me it was perfect. Being a female most mice are really big for my hands and almost too high and uncomfortable. Sadly after 9 years my M801's left click was going out. My boyfriend has mostly used corsair products and change his mouse recently to razer due to his recent corsair mouse malfunctioning and having issues after a few months. I only mention these because I have used his mice on his PC and they never felt comfortable in my hands, but again his hands are bigger than mine.
This mouse is a bit wider than the M801, and all my fingers rest on it, but the mouse is still super comfortable for my hands. Again comparing the the two mice my boyfriend has had I feel like those mice arch higher near the top, so it feels award for me. Where as with this one i can rest my whole palm or leave a part of the base of my palm resting off of it and it still feels comfortable and I still reach all the buttons just fine. To me its frustrating to see my boyfriends spend way more on a mouse, which I feel you are paying more for the brand name than the quality. He has been through 3 mice and I still was using my previous red dragon mouse and it was already a couple of years in before being with him. I hope this mouse lasts as long or even longer. When I opened the box he wanted to feel it and the first thing he said was "ooooohh that feels nice". I was like yeah thats why I like it. He seemed to be gleaming with a bit of envy out of the corner of his eye as I was setting it up. Downloading the software was simple. I wanted the rainbow color so I didn't have to really adjust anything. It matches a different brand rbg mouse pad I have that has an array of rainbow colors flowing around its edge. All around happy and hope Redragon keeps up the great work. I love that their mice are not ridiculously priced and the quality of their product shows and stays strong. Might get the boyfriend to switch sides ;)
