# My Review
This review is for Move Free Glucosamine & Chondroitin + Melotonin Tablets. As someone who uses supplements & vitamins on a daily basis, I’m always curious to try new options and see what benefits these will bring to my overall well-being. I’m moving into the category where I’m starting to feel joint pain around the knees and hips which keeps me up at night, so something like this supplement is a welcome relief. You should always consult your doctor before taking any new supplements & vitamins and should stop taking if you feel any adverse reaction after its use. Make sure to read the labels carefully and only take the recommended amounts suitable for your situation.

That said, I’m intrigued at the benefits of these supplements: Research shows that both Glucosamine & Chondroitin reduces various types of pains and helps with supplementing the cartilage that cushions the joints. Melatonin helps with resting at night and relaxing you to get a better night’s sleep. As the product description states, this will help support joint health: mobility, flexibility, strength, lubrication and comfort. That said, in the morning I’ve stopped feeling as stiff, and don’t notice much pain, however, I do get a good night’s sleep, but feel a little groggy. The verdict is still out as I’ve been using these for a few days now and still waiting to see whether there’s any significant change in how I feel.

The supplement comes in an attractive and descriptive box with the identifiable Move Free labeling that details the ingredients, benefits, recommended dosage, etc. It’s very easy to identify its use and is clearly labeled “Support 5 Signs Of Joint Health”. The capsules are well protected in the container that they arrive in. It’s a nice reassurance that you’re getting a good quality product.

So far, I’m satisfied with these supplements! Each bottle comes with 80 capsules that’s up to 1.5 months’ supply. The capsules are a good size at around an inch and not too hard to swallow. Typically, when I take more than 1 capsule at a time, they normally stick together which makes them harder to swallow, however these don’t stick – they go down smooth. There’s no significant flavoring, after-taste or burp-up to talk about – a neutral taste profile.

I’m hopeful that these provide the benefits described and make my health and lifestyle better over time – watch this space!

Overall, these are reasonably priced supplements that help with joint pain and are easy to take.

I was surprised to see a joint supplement like this that contains Melatonin. Melatonin is almost always taken as a sleeping aid. Most people take vitamins in the morning, not in the evening. So if you decide to take this, remember to take it a night, since 6mg of Melatonin will make most people very sleepy within about 30 minutes.

I have been taking a 5mg Melatonin supplement for years when I have trouble sleeping, but I only take it a few times a week. I don't take it every night since your body can become resistant to Melatonin if you take too often, so eventually it won't be as effective for most people if you take it that frequently. I reserve those pills for the times when I am really having trouble falling asleep.

For those reasons, I would never take a supplement like this one every day. I would treat it like other Melatonin supplements and just keep in mind that it also contains Glucosamine & Chondroitin, so it can also help with my joint health. But I would not take this at night and also take another joint supplement the next morning that also contains those same ingredients.

So overall I am a bit confused by the marketing of this product. But I do know that Schiff produces good quality supplements, so I will take this as needed instead of my regular Melatonin supplement, but will hold off on taking it every day.

I was excited to try this product because oftentimes joint pain can keep me awake at night, so I am always looking for new products to help knock me out. Well I must say that this does the job! The bottle says to take two tablets. I did. It didn't take long for it to kick in and I had absolutely no pain once I took them. The problem was, two tablets helped me sleep too well. I was so loopy the next day I could barely formulate a thought, and although I was upright I felt as if I were walking through a haze. It was such a disconcerting feeling! Needless to say, I do recommend this product, but if you are easily affected by supplements or medications, you may want to start with one pill regardless of what the instructions say, particularly if you have to be anywhere the next day.
