I was able to reach Amazon through chat and though the item isn't returnable they offered either a refund, replacement, or discount. I received a replacement bag and it arrived intact and still vacuum sealed. Tastes great in our pour over style coffee maker.
We love this coffee and usually purchase it from Target in a smaller sized bag. The price was so good for the larger bag here that I signed up for subscribe & save. Unfortunately it arrived with the coffee bag open and the beans emptied into the shipping bag. It is not eligible for return. The coffee was just thrown into a shipping envelope without any padding so I'll likely be canceling the subscribe & save since it will likely happen again with the next shipment.
