These made my ears bleed. I didn't know what was wrong, thought it was me. For a long time ears were soar, after continued use they "wore" the skin at the ear entry point. After continued scabbing and pain, I had to try a different brand that works perfectly, and now know these earplugs likely have material not universally "human-friendly". The brand I now have work as advertised. They are Moldex Flents PROTECHS NRR33 Quiet Time. They are purple, try this product instead.
