When I first got this controller, I did the firmware upgrade because I heard of mic and headset issues. But during this process it asks you to calibrate your controller. I saw on screen that I was supposed to rotate the thumbsticks, but I totally missed the fine print telling me to also press in both triggers. At first, I thought the sensors were broken on the controller, as the triggers had to be press hard to even register. But I had the idea to try the firmware update again to see if it fixes the problem. This time I DID notice the fine print about the triggers and now the controller is working perfectly.
Power A need to make this clearer in their software, or they are going to get some needless returns and bad reviews because of this :) It is an amazing controller for the price, feeling weighty and well made. I am very happy with it now that I worked out my firmware problem!!
