Simple, durable, easy to use for kids

My 2nd grader and 4th grader have outgrown the sippy straw-style water bottles (Camelbak eddy) and requested the spout style to bring to school. I wash their water bottles after daily use, so I needed to buy several to use during the entire week. It was a challenge finding simple, quality water bottles that didn't cost a lot of money. I decided to try this brand and style. Wow, I did not regret it! The 18 oz. size is perfect for elementary school-aged kids and the bottles fit nicely in the side pockets of each of their backpacks (different brands and sizes). They are leak-proof, durable, and easy for them to use. For me, disassembling and washing the pieces has been a lot easier compared to smaller and more parts for the sippy straw style water bottles. Other customers have noted the handle can break off easily, but ours are all intact after a few months of frequent use.

My final note is about colors. I purchased royal blue, ocean, and fuchsia colors. On my computer screens, the colors appeared to be bright. In reality, the colors are quite dark. In fact, the royal blue is almost opaque, or navy colored.

Overall, the quality, durability, and ease of use and maintenance has been great. I would recommend these water bottles to anyone!

This keeps drinks cold all day and doesn’t sweat. The cap is very convenient - easy to drink from and doesn’t leak. Several of my coworkers use them, and they’re outside in Georgia heat all day. This is my second one. I liked the one I got for the office so much that I ordered a second, larger to use at home. The bottle itself is lighter than others I’ve tried while working much better. Definitely recommend this!

Just what I was looking for. A well built, easy to fill and clean sports bottle. The "Wild Lime" color was EXACTLY what I was hoping for. The bottle color is more green than the pictures on the Amazon site show. It's closer to a Seattle Sounders "Rave Green" or those crazy Thursday Night Football "Action Green" uniforms of the Seattle Seahawks. Can you tell I'm a Seattle sports fan? The only reason I didn't give this bottle the full five stars is that it DOES sweat like a sonuvagun! But that was to be expected. So, technically this is a wonderful 4 1/2 star bottle at a fantastic price!

Obviously this is going to sweat because it’s a plastic bottle. However it sweats soooooo much. Even cold water without ice sweats more than a cheap plastic bottle from the store.
I would return it but obviously I can’t since it was used. Waste of $13

And the way it opens and closes. My kids needed clear water bottles for school and they weren't allowed to have the steel ones. I love the Takeya steel ones so I decided to see if they had clear plastic ones. Perfect!
