I bought this product about three weeks ago because I was tired of the hard rubber hoses we've always used. At first, I was very pleased with the look and feel of the product. It was much easier to control the hose. Unfortunately, I noticed almost immediately that the pressure was a bit lower that with the other hoses. However, the problem has arisen that the cloth hose is separating from the brass connector near the spout and leaking heavily underneath the tap. My fear is both of flooding that area and that the cloth hose will just tear away from the brass fitting. VERY DISAPPOINTED!

I love this hose! Owned several expanding hoses that sprung leaks... this one is not like that! It is super durable, super expanding and is the greatest thing ever! The surface of the hose is a strong corded mesh the rapidly expands and contracts. It is an awesome hose! There is a water turn-off lever at the spray handle that is just great. The spray head is also great...no leaks to date. Comes with rubber washers too. I am impressed- and that’s saying a lot! Finally, a quality expanding hose!

I bought this hose last year and had a problem right away and they were nice enough to take it back and give me a replacemeant. I used it until early fall and really liked it. I loveed all the settings) All together used it about 4 months. It was stored since Oct in my house. Jump ahead and now leaking terribly and nozzle won’t work.I’m so disappointed! I’m a senior on a SS budget. I expected to get more usage then much less than a year. I’ve had to water my garden by hand now until I can afford a new hose.

I did have a leak, however customer service was awesome, and replaced the item right away. I love this hose it's nice and light and is easy to maneuver around the yard. I can not say enough about how great customer service was in their response and speed to make my situation right. Great Hose, great company! Have only had it for a little while but so far it is working well and I am very happy with it. I have been using it almost everyday to water my plants and my lawn. The sprayer attachment is really nice and am happy that it came with it. I will update if needed if I come across any issues or can think of anything else that I should mention. But so far it works great and am happy that I chose it.
