Great Turntable System, packs a lot of Value2018年7月17日 - 已在美国亚马逊上发表
My turntable arrived very quickly (the next day) and without issue. It’s nicely packaged. Set-up took about 5 minutes and really only required the turntable platter (which is metal) to be put in place, and the speakers to be connected. I’ve played at least a dozen albums and a handful of 45s at this point, and I’m very, very happy with my purchase. The turntable arm is metal, not plastic, and allows you to adjust the weight. The needle is an Audio-Technica, which I have on another turntable I own and replacement cartridges are easy to find. This set-up is headed for my daughters room, and I purchased it because of the Bluetooth function. The base allows you to connect your phone and play anything through the speakers. We’ve streamed Pandora through it, and the sound quality is similar to the vinyl. The speakers themselves aren’t Bluetooth, but the turntable base has it built in. There are RCA-jacks in the back, which allow you to connect to another system, but I haven’t tried it yet. It does have pitch-control, which I’ve adjusted slightly, just based on my preference. I’m impressed by the sound offered just through the basic speakers. It gets loud enough to fill a large family room, and doesn’t really distort much at the highest volumes. If I could change anything, I’d include a dust-cover and RPM strobe for the pitch control, but I knew about those before I ordered. I’m happy, I’d order it again, and may be getting another to give as a gift!
Replaced my old Audio Tech LP602019年11月10日 - 已在美国亚马逊上发表
I bought this turntable and speaker combo along with one of the “all in one” turntables that Crosley has made for a long time. The other turntable is a Patriarch, and it’s actually more of a record player with CD and other functions built-in. It is much more basic in terms of features and I left a review for it as well. The Patriarch fills a much different role for us, but we like both set-ups quite a bit after a couple of weeks of spinning our old vinyl. I purchased this T150 in white mainly because I had seen it on display at a store near my house and had a chance to play with it before ordering. What ultimately made purchase it was it uses the same needle and cartridge as my old turntable, an Audio Technica LP60. The Audio Technica was is at least five years old and finally gave out on me and I had at least two or three replacement needles on hand for it. I paid about the same for this turntable and speaker combo and I did the LP60 alone, and it adds Bluetooth, a better tonearm and a metal turntable platter. The turntable base is plastic (the same at my LP60), but the platter that spins the records is metal. I looked around to see if I could buy just the turntable without the speakers, but it doesn’t appear as if it’s available. I played it for a week or so with the speakers, and it’s really good. I hooked up the T150 base to where my old LP60 sat, and it blew me away. It’s running through Edifier speakers, which are powered and I can’t believe I get the sound that I do for under $200.00 on the full set-up, including the Edifier speakers. The sound is much warmer, and tonearm can be adjusted for weight, and I really like the white, as its in an office where it matches the other components. I wish it had a dustcover, but it gets played often enough I don’t have much issue and we don’t store vinyl on it. I had someone come by my office who is really into vinyl and turntables and he said the tonearm was similar to his brand, which is a Rega. Rega’s start hundreds of dollars ahead of what I paid for the full system. He mentioned that I’d be able to swap out the needles and cartridges for others now, but with at least two replacements in the drawer, I think we’ll keep our existing and I have no complaints at all on the sound. I’d buy this again, and I wish it were available with just the turntable.
Don't buy the Crosley T100A...2018年9月27日 - 已在美国亚马逊上发表
This is a great turntable with built-in amp and two speakers included. You could buy a regular turntable then use powered speakers but having the amp built-in makes less of a mess of cables and I always find it weird to control the volume at the speakers. Do not confuse this with the Crosley T100A series, this has an Audio Technica standart magnetic cartridge (so you could upgrade if you so desire). The only weak point is the speakers, they do not have real tweeters so it is not that great on high frequencies. If you are a the DIY type go to partsexpress and buy two tweeters.
Just don't.2020年6月12日 - 已在美国亚马逊上发表
I really just needed a simple and easy to use turntable for my dining room, which isn't very big so I didn't need impressive sound. Very disappointed to have received a lemon as the speakers didn't work at all. Just a heads up that the Bluetooth doesn't work the way you think it would, it works as a RECEIVER which is a stupid feature because I already have bluetooth speakers in my home. It would be great if I could have connected the turntable to my Bose system because that would have solved my speaker issue. As that is not the case, I'll be sending this item back to the seller. I took a risk even though there are other reviews that tell a similar tale and now I have the hassle of shipping the item back. Oh well - win some lose some. The positive is that it's cute?
