Quality Product but some caveats2019年12月10日 - 已在美国亚马逊上发表
This product seemed very expensive, and I was nervous about buying it. It was tricky to install, because I was unsure of how to do it. Next time, i will be more confident about how to do it, and it should go better. When first installed I was very impressed with it. It really felt just like inking and drawing on paper. It makes the tactile sensation so much more pleasurable and fun. However I quickly discovered that it was burning through wacom nibs really fast - like 1 per day, at first. After a few days of good use, the nibs began lasting much longer, but the surface lost the best of it's initial feeling. A few weeks in, using it most days, I am still happy with how it's working, and it's still much better than just drawing on the glass. So I guess it's a question of how often you can afford to replace it at this price?!
Fantastic friction mimics the feel of paper2020年1月24日 - 已在美国亚马逊上发表
I am a professional concept designer that has used my Cintiq 22HD for 6 years now and overtime with use and the mild heat from the screen, it has made the screen incredibly slick. I changed to the fiber nibs but after a while the friction wasnt enough to do precise linework. This product is fantastic. Be mindful all instructions are in Japanese, but if you have ever put a screen protector on a phone or iPad, it works exactly the same. Clean your screen then peel off the side with the tab about 2 inches and apply carefully peeling down every 2 inches to use the spatula to smear out air bubbles. Be mindful that you will wear down your nibs a lot faster with this texture. It acts like a fine grit sandpaper so you will need to replace your nibs semi often.
Not the best purchase I have made2019年12月27日 - 已在美国亚马逊上发表
I purchased this item to install on my Wacom monitor to get the feeling of paper as advertised. First of all it was expensive and I figured ok, to get the feel I was looking it was worth the try. Now the issues that came with it, 1. the box it came in was crushed, not the outside box but the one that contained the product which part of the screen cover was not attached to the support plastic. 2. the most import item was all of the directions were in Japanese and unfortunately I do not read Japanese. So in trying to install the cover I was not installing the correct part of the two piece plastic unit, by the time I figured it out the blue cover that was to be installed was now wreakled to the point of being unusable. So if and when these become available again take care.
Don't bother with this one, blue tinted, and cheaply made.2020年5月15日 - 已在美国亚马逊上发表
This screen protector is blue, it tints everything on your screen extremely blue. Not only that but it is so cheaply made that following the install instructions (which are in Japanese) ruins the film. It was literally un-usable after installing it. I used the tiny cardboard piece like it said to push the air bubbles out and even the lightest touch marred the surface to a point that it was un-usable for art, and if you pressed it too hard it would literally rip the top layer of film open causing a surface difference that would ruin your pen strokes. I had to pull it off my screen after trying to use it the first time and return it. DO NOT BUY!
Game changer2019年10月26日 - 已在美国亚马逊上发表
The one downside that I've experienced with the Monoprice interactive pen display is that the monitor is entirely too smooth. By Nature, I have shaky hands. When I'm drawing on paper, this doesn't matter, because the friction of the pencil against the paper negates the shaking. The lack of friction on the Monoprice screen makes it very difficult to get precise lines. This was, however, until I bought this screen cover. It was a bit too big, since it's made for a Cintiq, but 5 minutes with an exacto knife and a straightedge was well worth the huge upgrade in my drawing ability with my tablet.
