Review about MASS DEPOT vendor - I purchased this item and after a week trying to figure it out and contacting the manufacturer, I found out that the unit was defective.
Reached out to the vendor and they promptly sent me a replacement (All good until that point).
When I received the replacement unit, I noticed that the equipment didn't have the protective plastic as the first unit and to my surprise when I opened the box, there was a part missing and manual was clearly been used before, what means that they were sending me a used unit.
Reached out to them again and they promptly sent me another replacement.
To amusement, when I opened the third theoretically new product, I see that inside one of the little boxes there was a small cushioning part from MY helmet that I accidentally put in the package before returning.
To get even worst, when I connected the unit via Bluetooth to the Cardo App, the unit popped up on my cellphone WITH MY NAME as I had originally set up.
This vendor ships USED and DEFECTIVE products, they sent me the same defective unit twice.
Assuming that was an honest mistake (Which shouldn't happen as I sent them a defective unit) that means their service is bad and does not have the customer as a priority.
