The Max Shine Foam Cannon is honestly a great thought! It works well and it gets out a lot of foam. The trouble starts when it comes to the bottle, when I received mine, the bottle wouldn’t even thread in properly it stayed loose. Luckily, they quickly sent over another one and it lasted me a good maybe dozen washes and after that the bottle completely broke right as I went to go use the foam cannon. Additionally the bottle with the sprayer on it when full feels very unstable like it was about to fall. I always kept my foam cannon when full in a corner so it never felt but it sucks that it never felt sturdy enough for me to keep upright on its own

Not worth the money. Works good but after only 2 or 3 months, the top of the foam cannon just randomly broke off. I did not even use it aggressively.

Fragile reservoir

Sprays great foam although drop or mishandle it and it breaks just below the threaded portion.
MaxShine sent me a replacement reservoir for the cost of shipping which is nice. Now I treat it like a carton of eggs. I wish I didn’t have to.

Blows away my mtm pf22, but with an edit

I have a mtm pf22 that I paid $90 for a couple years ago and all I ever got out of it was super watery foam. Tried different dilution ratios, warm water etc etc, nothing but watery runny foam. And i'm using a gas powerwasher that is 3100 psi and 2.7 gpm. I bought the Maxshine cannon after watching some Youtube vids and the price was cheap enough to take a chance on it. Wow, FOAM! Literally getting the foam like I always seen in the videos. I literally can buy 4 of these for the price I paid for the pf22. Maybe the mtm is defective? It never ever worked right. Oh well, the Maxshine cannon definitely is 2 thumbs up from me.

Edit, after a month or so, the threads on the bottle failed like everyone elses in these reviews. Oddly enough, i use the bottle from my failed mtm pf22 with the top of the maxshine foamer LOL, and it has worked like a charm. Maxshine does need to remedy the poor bottle design. Knocking my original review down to 4 stars from 5.

I originally bought what is now considered the original MTM foam cannon somewhere around $100 before the market was saturated with cannons. Then I paid $80 for the new one. I use cannons to clean anything from my cars (911T, R8, Panamera GTS) and trucks (CayenneT, F350, Raptor) to farm and construction equipment. You can foam anything from soap to soap and Simple Green or degreaser in general. I use Chemical Guys Citrus soap or the melon soap and its very frothy.

I visited a friend who had the Max Shine, and I was shocked that a cannon of such great quality could be purchased at such a low price. I have since bought 3 Max Shine's for the price of one MTM. There are slight differences between the two, the MTM spray head can take higher pressure from my Dirt Killer H360 (3500 psi/4.2GPM), the Max Shine I don't think is intended for that. What happens at higher pressure is a more watery mix then froth.

When I use the MS with my Dirt Killer H200 (2000 psi/3.5GPM) or Kranzle 1322 electric from Obsessed Garage (1300 psi/2.0GPM) that is the bullseye. The lower psi/GPM washers are where the Max Shine...shine's. If you have an electric pressure washer that would be ideal also. The froth is awesome, its not shaving cream like the MTM, but I can live without that for the price. In terms of build quality, its the same.
