This is a sturdy step, but has a major flaw. The screws holding the rubber bumper pad are not covered and they end up denting the door frame during use.

Well the bad guys win again, lost our lawsuit today to be reimbursed. I guess being on Shark Tank gets you a lot of street cred in small claims court. Oh well...

This is a TERRIBLE product!

We are currently suing Rightline Gear for the $4000 it will cost to have our 2017 Toyota 4Runner repaired.

The owner of the company has not tried once to reach out.
