一次极差的购物体验。首先音响收到时铅封的标是被人打开过的，音响外观有明显的不平凸起，底部有条纹。联系客服，客服说外观问题不属于质量问题，不支持退换。后面又多次拨打电话联系客服，客服态度非常不好，推卸责任，表示只能退，不能换，并且要自己先承担运费，还说如果不同意的话也没有更好的解决方法。因为这个事浪费了几天的时间精力，最后也没有得到更好的处理，非常的糟心。第一次在亚马逊购物，遇到这种事情，商品质量问题不承认，客服态度也不好非常地拽。并且我们如果退回，那这个瑕疵商品又将二次销售，又会卖给下个买家。商家套路太深了，给大家避个雷吧，希望大家谨慎购买。
