The physical design looks decorative.
The game design looks fascinating.
The controls are okay; however, moving the tetrominos to the left of the screen is impossible. Moving the joystick left causes the tetrominos to drop abruptly (and only one horizontal block-space leftward). When dropping a piece completely, there is a way to move an upcoming piece all the way to the left of the screen; however, the previous piece moves one horizontal block-space leftward while the action is taken (except when it’s surrounded by a neighboring piece put in place).
It would’ve been nice if this were a touchscreen game for iOS, Android, and Nintendo Switch. There aren’t too many “Tetris-licensed/certified” apps displaying retro style Tetris. Anyway, despite the joystick flaw, this little device is cute and fascinating.
