除了出厂原包装，没有运输包装，到货原包装破损严重!本想退货，想了一下太麻烦，当快递人员的面检查发现机器配件都在，赠送的胶囊14个也在，也没破损，就拿回家试用，还好没问题。希望商家在运输过程中多考虑一下'。

订购的时候显示12号有货，11号提前发货，16号已经到手用上了，买了这么多次海外购这次大概是最快的了，很幸运的是包装还加了外箱，完美到手，里面赠送的胶囊下月底到期。新款的机器配色非常漂亮，很大气，已经使用过了，打的奶沫很细腻，以前我用全自动机器，奶沫要自己打，经常掌握不好，感觉胶囊机更适合我，可以保证每杯都有一定的水准。另外clean键很实用，打了奶咖后会闪烁提示清洗，按住到提示灯灭掉就清洗好了，很简单，没用完的牛奶可以放回冰箱里，感觉真是超级方便，推荐购买！

使用起来非常方便，清洗也很方便，制作的咖啡口感好，外观漂亮，唯一感觉不太好的就是咖啡的温度不够高，很快就凉了。

送的胶囊口味淡，不太喜欢，后来买了12号非常好喝。适合糖尿病人的胶囊咖啡，一天一杯生活太美好啦！
清洗液比较贵，要另外购买，黄灯闪说明要清洗了。

精致，咖啡品质保证。

人都说现磨好，不过豆子保鲜期短，胶囊好歹风味保存长，萃取出来品质有保证。带奶泡的也很方便，注意奶要冷藏，奶泡效果才好。机器做工很精致，英亚的就是英国插头，需要配个转换插座，带地线的也就几十。
