Cleanse treatment area with an oil-free cleanser. Apply a mask-like layer of NuFACE Hydrating Leave-On Gel Primer to the treatment area in sections. Do not rub in; skin should appear wet.
Push the On/Off button on your device and wait for it to Beep and VIBRATION to begin. Begin treatment by gliding the device in an upward motion with medium pressure.

If I could give minus stars on this purchase, I would. Amazon is not the place to purchase an expensive device like NuFace.
I love NuFace and this is the 4th device I have purchased, but after 6 weeks, the on/off switch on my NuBody stopped working. And while I called Amazon customer service, and they sent an email to the company, I continue to sit here at the beginning of summer with no device to use.
I purchased in April to prepare for summer activities. Amazon only gives a month on returns on this $400 product.
According to the NuFace website, my device is good for returns for 60 days.
I once purchased a NuFace product from Macy's and returned it with no problems.
NuFace is wonderful and I loved the results from the NuBody, but if you don't purchase directly from the NuFace website or a department store, you're in for some poor customer service.
I have called the NuFace company 4 times and get directed to their voicemail every time. Also, they answered the email that the Amazon customer service sent them, asking for a copy of my Amazon invoice and the serial number of my device, which I sent in yesterday in a return email. Nothing. I have heard nothing. The return message was that they had a high volume of emails. . . . .
I have been a regular Amazon customer since 1999, and this is the first time I have had a problem.
I am not happy. What a nightmare.
