Great idea to bring back Commodore 64 !!! I love the idea and I am considering getting the full size version, which I believe was released to market recently (in late 2020 ?). I was very excited to get this and start playing C64 games again. The setup was super easy. The power chord is like the one for cell phone. There is an on/off button on the unit. Hooking up to a TV was also super easy - just use regular HDMI cable (for HD TV). The biggest disappointment for me was the selection of games. None of the popular games I played as a teenager was on the unit (maybe except for Mission Impossible II). I remember so many sports games, basketball, football (matchday II), Karate game, Rambo, so many others. None of these popular games are on the unit. I was going to try to download the games for free from the internet, put them on a USB flash driver and try to upload it to the unit (there is a USB flash driver on the unit for that purpose) but I haven't tried it yet. I was reading about that on the internet on the sites which offer C64 games for free and I've read somewhere that the games had to have some kind of copyright code on them as if purchased. But since they are not purchased, they probably don't have that code so they will not work on the C64. This is strange because after all these years, obviously these games cannot be purchased, therefore they won't have the copyright then how can you play them on the unit through the flash driver. Maybe I am missing something. I hope the full size version has better games. Oh, one other thing is the joystick. It's just OK. I've been using it for 7-8 months now, it's still working (not broken) but it's not very good. I wish they would release the TurboShot II joystick, that design was the best.
3.0 颗星,最多 5 颗星Great idea undermined by poor interaction controls

The joystick is horrendous - and keyboard navigation, as might be expected, is slow and tedious. It's supposed to support external keyboards, but it wouldn't work with the (admittedly) cheap USB hub I tried - will have to get a better one to give a fairer review. Many updates promised in the form of firmware upgrades, but releases are few and far in-between. The whole thing feels more like a hobbyist's weekend project than having a company dedicated to developing and supporting an actual product they'll stand behind.
This could be made a whole lot better with much improved software, but that still wouldn't fix the bundled joystick.
Sold by: Above All Games - sent me a USA version of the system, not the EU they claim to be selling. Looks like they are buying the USA version for $10 cheaper and upselling it claiming its EU edition, avoid this!!!!!
