How lucky you will be to exchange life, time and space with Dr Habib Sadeghi by owning a copy of this treasure of a book. I'm not certain what qualifies an exceptional review, but I am certain what quantifies an exceptional human being. I have been blessed to know Dr Sadeghi for a few years. Every year, every moment, every interaction brings care, warmth, love, respect, decency, and grace: from the most joyous to the most trying stretches.
I have travelled the world from India to Pope Valley and all places in between. Dr Sadeghi ranks among the top few individuals truly seeking a higher plane of existence purely for a higher plane of giving.This book has within all sorts of exercises that WORK ! They must be applied sometimes over and over. I know the book just came out, but you the reader get to experience this work that I have experienced sitting in his office. It's in this book ! (no joke)
My life has truly transformed in every area. My heath, my relationships, my income. This is the key, you must practice what is in this book or it will be just another book you can put on the shelf with all the others. Practice until you notice a shift, no shift keep going ,keep practicing.
The Clarity Cleanse contains the simple truth. Lot's of "healers" and so called "gifted" individuals make it all so complicated, spinning spiritual webs. I got caught up in those webs and didn't get results.
When I have a question or concern Dr Sadeghi is there to answer and surpass maybe exhaustion ? I don't know how he does it. I feel like the only person he is treating. He CHOOSES INSTEAD TO BE OF SERVICE, by revitalizing and igniting others! You get to have the same level of care with this book :)

First of all, Dr. Habib Sadeghi is absolutely brilliant! And let me tell you why: 1)This man not only has an extensive medical education, but he took the steps necessary to heal HIMSELF of cancer! This alone is amazing! 2) He has oodles of celebrity patients that flock to him because they know that he is the best! (Good luck trying to find a better doctor) 3) This brilliant doctor treats terminally ill patients that are dying & that NOBODY else seems to be able to help! That's a really big deal. 4) I have personally been seen Dr. Sadeghi & have had the pleasure of spending time in his office to witness the thousands of people he has helped! And people LOVE HIM! I love him! This is probably why people in different countries travel across the planet to America to be treated by this great doctor. It's pretty impressive. And yet, the thing that impresses me the most about this great man is his LOVING HEART and his ability to express, teach and LIVE the philosophy of LOVE. You see, Dr. Habib Sadeghi is more than your typical doctor, he's truly a heart-centered healer that practices and teaches the world's most innovative approaches to medicine and healing! I knew I would buy Dr Sadeghi's new book because I found Within so helpful, and I'm glad I did. It is very therapeutic and will knock loose some of the hard feelings you've been holding on to, I have found it very helpful and plan to reread it. It's like a very good therapy; as humans we have so many emotions but no one teaches us how to process them, this book is the guide we all need.

Dr. Sadeghi has always been a brilliant writer and physician "The Clarity Cleanse" is no exception. In many ways this book is groundbreaking because, for the first time in nutritional/lifestyle literature, he dedicates most of its focus to the mind, heart and soul connection, not just the "mind/body" connection. Dr. Sadeghi delves deeply into the emotional aspects of cleansing, reinforcing and validating the importance of an "emotional" cleanse as integral to a nutritional cleanse process. He adds practical examples, including from his own life, not just his knowledge of his patients. And, importantly, provides easy to follow steps each of us can practice to effect an emotional cleanse. Having provided helpful and instructive guidance on the conceptual and the practical aspects of an emotional cleanse, he provides both conceptual and practical guidance to the nutritional aspects of the cleanse. Unlike many highly rigid cleanse regimens, Dr. Sadeghi provides a deep understanding of the nutritional framework, allowing the reader to develop his/her own method within easy to understand guidelines.

The writing is enjoyably crisp and informative, and the foreward by Gwyneth Paltrow adds a wonderful beginning as well as a deserved tribute to Dr. Sadeghi's impact as a physician. I highly recommend this enjoyable read.
