Pretty good mouse but it doesn’t work now. Please get me a replacement.

So I’ve had this mouse for a while. I bought it at the end of 2018 and used it for a few months. I stopped using it and pulled it back out in around December of 2019 to start playing fortnite with it on my Xbox. And I’ve been playing fortnite with it since the beginning of December of 2019 and now every time I flick or move the mouse in a not slow motion it glitches and I can’t look around. Could I get a replacement or something please?

I bought this mouse after building a new PC as a temporary solution while I saved up and searched for a better "gaming" mouse. However, I was pleasantly surprised at how good this mouse actually is. It has a great DPI range, the software that lets you customize the macro and button settings as well as the RGBs is incredibly simple to install and use, and the mouse itself works great. It is a little small and feels like a simple plastic mouse, but I don't mind this at all. Its an incredible value for the price, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone who wants a very functional mouse with some extra features for a great price.

Mouse stopped working after 4 months. Frequently freezes and jumps across the screen. This makes gaming unnessesarily difficult, can't use.

Product Features and Details says Pictek offers a warranty but I contacted them and sent invoice, THEY DO NOT. Bad product sold by dishonest people. Buy Logitech instead for sure.

If you got 20 or less and want an elite gaming mouse look no further, this is as good as it gets.

Too sensitive

The sensor at the bottom of the mouse is too sensitive and I've tried lowering DPI and Mouse Sensitivity. Either I'm missing something or I can't find a solution. I am able to move the mouse in the air with it being almost an inch off a surface. Might not seem like a lot but it's a big deal when gaming in FPS games. I always overshoot or turn too much while gaming when I move around my mouse.
EDIT: Dropped my rating from 2 to 1 star. After only less than a month of use the scroll mouse button has worn down and makes an obnoxious squeaky noise every time I scroll. The sound got more worse as I used it more. Besides the sound the scroll button still works fine.
