I was diagnosed with osteoporosis 20 years ago. I have tried many different prescriptions. Some kept my bone density the same but with the last one it became much worse. Last year I decided to stop taking my prescription and try Naturelo Bone Strength Supplement along with hormone pellets. I was thrilled upon receiving my latest bone density results! For the first time ever, my bone density not only improved but so much so that my diagnosis is no longer osteoporosis buy osteopenia. I am so excited about this supplement! I have been telling everyone about it!

After doing lots of research on the outcomes of the anti-osteoporosis drugs, it seemed reasonable to try these. These have everything you need to 'feed' your bones. I won't really know until my next bone density exam, but taking these seems to be a logical way to help myself. I'll up date after my next exam.

10/30/2020 - results from my bone density exam are in: still have it BUT they were almost 7% BETTER than last time and I was only taking half a dose. Nothing else changed- same work habits, same diet, etc. I'm going to a full dose, 4 capsules/day. I'm convinced this stuff actually does what it says it does. Thank heaven for that!

Great product for weak, splitting nails!

I bought this product to try to resolve my problem with very weak, ridged and splitting nails. I have tried other types of calcium supplements, but they mess up my system so thought I would give this one a try to see if I could tolerate this formulation. I tried the recommended dosage of 4 capsules a day for the first couple of days, but I could tell that it was too much for my system. I reduced the amount to just one capsule a day, and have finished 2 bottles and am now on the third one. It has made an amazing difference in my nails, which are almost to a normal state now, and continue to improve. Now I have only very minor ridges in some of my nails and the splitting has stopped completely, as the weak parts of the nails have grown out. The product seemed a bit pricey at first, but not so much that I didn't buy it again. It has definitely helped with my problem and I intend to continue its use. I highly recommend this product.

I’ve been taking these for many months. This last bottle smells awful and the pill leaves a nasty taste in my mouth.

Update
Naturelo contacted me and replaced the bottle. I guess there had been a storage problem with the past shipment.
My new bottle has no nasty odor. I will begin taking them next week. This is one of the few available calcium supplements that meets my allergic body’s needs.

I am so happy with this supplement. It all started when I ordered a smart scale with an app, I’m 44 years old (female) and noted my bone mass on the app after weighing myself was 5.0 lbs, in the danger zone. I had suffered a hairline fracture while running 2 years ago on the treadmill, so it makes sense and confirmed my suspicion.
I went to work researching how to improve this and what it comes down to is acid-alkaline balance. If your body is too acidic, it pulls calcium from your bones (calcium is super alkaline) and buffers your blood. It’s called homeostasis. Well, for the past 3 months, I’ve been taking this supplement (plant calcium is so much better for your body because it’s alkaline - looks up Algae-Cal, it’s more effective and in this supplement), also there are other essential minerals needed like magnesium, boron, etc (check the label, all of the necessary ones are included!). I’ve also slowed down on soda, coffee, and wine (all acidic) and replaced them with alkaline drinks (green tea, water with lemon, alkaline water, And just plain water!!) I also started Orange Theory gym for weight training And general exercise (builds bone mass). lol and behold, at the 3 month mark, my bone mass went up to 5.6 lbs!! So out of the danger zone and into the standard zone! Remember bone turnover takes about 3 months!! Hopefully these tips will help you on your journey for bone health. Remember that dairy sources of calcium are acidic generally speaking - add more greens/ alkaline forms of calcium and minerals. Also research alkaline vs alkalinity (citrus is acidic but is alkaline forming in the body!!) grapefruit is full of calcium and celery and banana are known to be great for bones!
