Couldn't be happier, especially for the cost!

What a great little watch! I bought it to wear on an adventure vacation, because I had no waterproof watch; and it performed just fine. I wore it whitewater rafting, swimming, creek-walking, hiking in torrential downpour, hot tubbing, and showering. No problems! For the price, you simply couldn't ask for more. It keeps time reliably; over the course of a few weeks, it neither gained nor lost a minute. The clasp is reliable too, it never fell off even with vigorous activity. It's easy to set the time and date when you switch time zones, and the light-up face works great. I even sprayed it with sunscreen, DEET 100 spray and lots of sweat, and it still looks like new. Not to mention, it's comfortable AND good-looking; my teenage son asked if he could wear it, and NOTHING is cool enough for him. I'm home from my vacation now, and I'm still wearing it. Thumbs way up!

Good for Men With Small Wrists

This watch is a good neutral design for men with tiny wrists. good layout with day and date always visible (The year and moth are visible when you hold down a button)

The illumination feature on this watch is unique from other digital watches I've owned; it actually looks like the numbers themselves are lighting up, instead of a backlight for the whole watch face. This makes it just as visible, without being too bright.

Water resistance works so far - I wear this in the shower every day with no problem.

My only complaint is that This watch beeps a little often on button presses. I like when the start/stop and reset buttons on a stopwatch beep, but this model also beeps every time you press the mode button. When I'm done timing something, I have to put up with 4 beeps: 1 to stop the timer, 1 to reset the timer, then 2 more to switch back to normal clock mode.

Slightly too large for small wrist, found other Amitron watch less wide and more feminine

I have a small wrist and this watch was wider than I liked. I ended up getting the Armitron Women's Digital Chronograph Watch - 45/7012BLK. The latter smaller and also is a bit more feminine, smaller and featuring chrome around the face which softens it a bit. I didn't take the time to check the functionality of this watch but probably function is the same, since it is by the same maker. Time and date are easy to set up but I'm not sure about other features. Buttons easy to push in. Very easy to read in light or dark environment.

Greetings,
I never wore the watch, I inadvertently left the watch at work during my Christmas break my workplace was closed, I did not return to work until January 10th.
Myself and several others at work and family set the watch, a few minutes later the watch has return to military time, that is not the true current time of the moment.
I wanted to be able to use this at the gym, and go directly to the pool if need be.

I like how small this watch is for my tiny wrists. I have trouble finding ones with a small enough setting. Also the band doesn't pop out and get caught on things, which is nice. It came preset and doesn't let you adjust the time on calendar mode, so it's an hour ahead and I can't fix it. The instructions that came with it also aren't correct. It isn't terribly difficult to figure it out, but it looks like the manual is the same for all their watches. I just wish the time on my watch was accurate since that's kind of the point of a watch.
