I have used my beloved cast iron pans for years and no matter what I do, food always seems to stick, but I was always against using non stick pans because of the usual potential issues with the coating. After researching ceramic, I figured I would give this one a try - my very first ever. I love it and I'm now officially a convert to ceramic coated pans whenever non stick is needed. I'm very pleased with the results and I also like the fact that it is so much lighter than the cast iron. The price is great too. Definitely recommended.
UPDATE - JULY 2017
After using this pan maybe 7 or 8 times over the past couple of months, I am very disappointed and would not recommend it or buy it again. It was awesome for the first 4 or 5 uses, then I started to notice a little sticking and a little discoloration. Now after a couple more uses, I can say this pan is definitely NOT non stick! I did read similar reviews before buying the pan but I thought that perhaps they had received some bad pans, which can happen with any product. However, now I have experienced this, knowing that I have lovingly taken care of this pan and not abused it in any way, I am not happy.

Useless for foods you most need a nonstick surface

I bought this pan to make sure I would not have to soak, wash, resoak and wash again to remove stuck on foods, like eggs. I had bought a couple of cheaper ceramic pans from the grocery store, but the finish scratched very easily, and wasn't good at being non-stick once the pan was used on higher heat, so I was excited when these pans were touted to have a non-stick, non-scratch surface . My mom and my birds (9 parrots) love scrambled eggs, so I thought this would be ideal. SHUH! However, without fail, eggs stick to the pan like glue or wallpaper paste. The only way to get eggs to not stick, is to cook bacon first, then drain most of the grease, and then cook the eggs. It also tends to make "egg paper" (crisp layer of egg similar to rice paper) wherever there is a thin layer of egg on the pan. Otherwise, the only thing that is reliable about this pan, is that you can count on ensuring you have half the egg stuck to the pan. You have to constantly scoop the eggs together with a spatula while cooking, or it will turn most of the egg into "egg paper," unless you cook 6 eggs at once to provide sufficient volume. If you only want to cook 1 or 2 eggs at a time, most of it will turn into large egg flakes. VERY disappointing.

I've been using other ordinary non-stick frying pans for awhile, but I wanted to give this a try. At a glimpse, it looks beautiful, very affordable, and it's "ceramic!" I decided to give this a try, but this is an epic fail.

It worked fine at first. Then from second use, for some reason, it started to stick. I only cooked fried eggs and grilled cheese on this with plenty of olive oil and butter on it. They all got stuck and left many burnt areas on the pan so much that I was unable to even eat my eggs and bread since the pan morphed my food to ugly and horrifying abominations. The weird thing is I didn't even use the stove on hot. I even used non-scratch sponge to clean, but for some reason the coating's gone.

I really wanted to get the coating back, so I used the boiling and baking soda combo to clean the all stuck fried egg leftovers. It took me some time, but I got rid of all the burnt areas. Wishing the coating's back, I cooked again, but nope, they are all gone. Cannot even cook eggs any more on this. It tears half of my fried egg when I try to flip it. It's not usable. I'm returning mine.

The price was very good on these pans. I paid the same for just one of them many months back. You do have to be careful with the non stick finish but the pans are very sturdy, nothing sticks to them (provided the finish is protected). I would buy them again

It worked great for about two months. Then the nonstick capability faded. Now it's just an old frying pan that's harder to clean than teflon. Don't bother
