This is a basic accessory for any home/hobbyist canvasworker who makes drawstring bags. I found this to be a solid solution for my homemade little tool bag that fits inside a “tool tube” canister to be mounted on my scooter. I’m using 3/16” cord and the cord lock works very well. Would probably work on 1/4” cord too, and smaller cord. What I particularly liked about these was the fact that they come in so many colors. It was whimsical to match the orange cord lock with the orange scooter even though it will almost never be seen. It would be great if the internal spring were stainless steel, but at this price I doubt that it is. That tends to be the weakest link in cord locks.
