Recommended by my doctor as a natural way to try and help regulate blood sugar. I've been taking it for several months now, and it seems to have helped. Claims to have other benefits such as boost immune system, reduced inflammation, and fight tiredness. Can't really confirm or deny these, but I do feel good, and doctor says along with diet, it seems to be keeping my sugar in check.
