Causes a waxy build up

Initially I liked this product using it with the City Shield conditioner. However this had caused a waxy, hard build up on my hair which left it feeling like straw. I've had to shampoo my hair using a clarifying shampoo and it is nearly back to it's original condition. Probably another two washings will do it. At first, I liked that this shampoo made my hair feel soft but after time, it did create the waxy build up. I'm going back to using the Nexxus volumizing shampoo as I had no issues with that.

I love the shampoo. I was really sad when they start not offering it in retail areas near me. I was stoked to find it on Amazon. I have hair that is quite grimy sometimes, because on my days off I work outside in my yard all day long. This washes away the gram without stripping anything. It’s very moisturizing. I get compliments on my hair all the time. I use the Humectrrss conditioner afterwards, then a cheap Suave rinse ( conditioner) for finishing. I have big fine hair that is a little wavy. Like I said I get compliments on my hair all the time. I only wash 2 to 3 times a week.

No difference between this and drug store brands

Nothing special even though it's a salon brands. Full of sulfates, parabens. I notice no difference between this and any other drug store shampoo. I got it for $10-ish and it comes with a pump, so I like that. It's just shampoo.

Initially I really like this product using it with the City Chield shampoo. However, I'd discovered it coated my hair with a build up and had
gotten to the point that it felt like straw or was burnt dry. I've had to wash my hair three times with a clarifying shampoo and it is nearly back to it's original condition prior to using the City Shield products. I will be going back to using the Nexxus volumizing products, as they did not damage my hair. It doesn't even deserve one star.
