I suffer from chronic pain in my neck/shoulder/back from working on my tablet and phone a lot. Although I work out regularly to mitigate most of it, this has been awesome for getting some knots out. I basically lay on it while watching TV. The texture prevents it from rolling away and also creating multiple points of pressure. I was previously using a golf ball, but it was too hard and was stolen by the demons that dwell in my basement.

I am a runner who runs a lot of miles. I have been having some plantar fasciitis from overdoing some speed training. I bought this ball to help roll out my foot before and after runs.

A lot of these kinds of products have spikes. I don’t like the feel of the spikes when I roll out. I bought this product because it’s raised parts are flat and square. I think it is more comfortable that way. The product seems very durable and shows no signs of wear or tear after a month+ of hard rolling.

My foot has been feeling better than it has in months. I still get a little pain, but this ball has really helped to loosen up my foot and decrease the frequency and severity of discomfort.

I would definitely buy this product again. For the price they charge, it is very much worth the money.

Takes my pain away. Use them for about 5-10 minutes and then I can actually walk on bare feet again. Best product around I think because of the material and how it massages the tissue in the feet. I’ve used it for the palms of my hand too. This is a life long product I will hope you stay in business for ever or else I’m buying 100 of these things. The only reason I’ve even needed to buy new ones is because I lost them, being small bouncy rolling balls haha. I recommend keep them in one drawer or space at all times or your pets might play with them and they will disappear. This product deserves more than five stars. Thank you for making it so easily available.

I was looking for a softball sized massager to address some issues in my heel. The pictures looked like what I wanted and the price point was the same as others I had seen. Unlike its photo displayed, this ball was about 1/4 of the expected size at a maximum of 2” in diameter. I gave it a shot though and it did help some but I found myself chasing it across the floor when it slipped out from under my foot. It was difficult to control and hard to hit the area I was targeting because of it. It is now missing in action because during my last time using it it shot across the room and disappeared.

I work 10hr shifts and at the end of the day my feet are so sore from overworking them and standing, I come home and use this. I never knew my feet/soles can pop! Like popping fingers. I used this and put all my weight on it, and it it doesn’t bend. It really gets into that deep tissue in the foot. I’m so happy I bought this, now I can go back to work the next day without them being sore from the day before. I used it on my hands and palms too, and it feels so relieving because I overwork my hands too.
