UPDATE 1/29/17 : I reached out to support once more due to their comment from this review. They provided me with their Tool to update the firmware. I was experiencing this offline issue while on firmware version 1.2.1. Their tool provided me with firmware version 1.2.2.
Since this firmware update, I am happy to confirm that both light bulbs have not fallen offline once and have been responsive.
I would have changed this review from a 1 star rating to a 5 star rating, but I had 4 emails go unresponsive for 22 days which is unacceptable. I attempted to reach out 4 times during this 22 day period and I never heard back from support. When I emailed in again after being told to do so from this review, I asked for an explanation on why my 4 emails were not responded to and was left in the dark for 3 weeks. What answer did I receive? No answer. The question simply went ignored.
After I take down the Xmas tree I'll be putting the smart plug back and will move the light around and see if the problem continues or if this is just due to a dead spot in my wireless coverage that is causing the bulbs problems.
Perhaps a FW update will fix it down the road
Update: Raised the stars to a 4. After contacting support I was sent a link to a tool that once downloaded allowed me to upgrade the firmware on my LB-110 to V1.2.2. Since upgrading the firmware I haven't had a disconnect, where as before it had gotten to the point it would only stay connected for a couple hours at a time. Hopefully this Firmware upgrade is the solution. I left a star off since the KASA application did not identify that a newer firmware edition was available.
