造型设计的很棒，底部支架是铁的，麦克风悬浮有弹力带固定，通电以后有蓝灯很漂亮，仰角可细微调整，防爆音网可以拆除，底部有-10开关减少低音进入，降低音量。

比想象的大，占地方，录音效果不错，反正开会也不需要高保真。总体好评。

但收到的这款底部少了一个贴胶，找遍了包装都没找到。自己DIY修复了，买家注意！

Excellent Mic, but....

For the product itself, I'm super happy. It does the job and does it well. I'm knocking off a star because Marantz gives you the extra incentive to buy this product by saying, hey register and get this Akai MPC Beats app for free. Maybe it sounds silly, but that was actually one of the reasons I bought this. I figured I'd get a pretty decent mic and some pretty decent software to go with it. I'm a beginner to recording audio on my computer, but I am actually trying to explore this a bit. So the website they give you register did not accept ANY email address you input for registration for almost a month. Didn't matter what browser I used, or what OS I was coming from. For reference, I am and have been a bit of a computer nerd for years, have been working in the tech industry as an Engineer for nearly 30 years. So at home I have 2 Linux machines, a Mac, and a Windows machine. And all those machines have quite a variety of browsers on them. I tried them all, so it's pretty clear the site was broken. Today (April 11th), the registration site works. Yay! I've finally registered my product. But guess what? The links to download the freaking software don't work!

So the mic itself is great. My only concern now is that if Marantz can't get their own site working properly, what if something happens and I need support? I can code and I can fix the heck out of a computer, but I don't know squat about audio equipment, I'm a beginner. The mic seems quality, so hopefully I never have to find out.

TLDR - The mic seems awesome, I'd recommend it any day. Marantz though seems like they'd been a pain to deal with if I ever had to.

I work in Audio-Visual production, so I have a bit of a background in the technology that goes into this Marantz microphone. I needed a mic that I could use with video calls for personal and work use. The POD Pack 1 has the exact frequency response needed to block all unwanted noise in my office and pick up only my voice. Previous microphones that I had purchased were picking up my multiple PC's fans, second hand ticking from clocks and wind noise from my ceiling fan. This unit excluded all of these background noises and pick up my voice very clearly from a distance of one-foot. LOVE IT!

I will start off by saying that I have worked in music for MOST of my life. I have toured, done live venues and recording studios, and worked in visual media as well. So microphones are something I know very well. The name brand was the first thing that caught my eye, but I'd never heard of this mic before. Since podcasting is new territory, I wasn't sure that the same quality would be there, especially after reading LOTS of reviews talking about phantom power needs and USB interfacing.

I am SO happy to be able to say that this mic worked like a dream. I simply unboxed it, put everything together, plugged it in, and started using it. All the parts seem to be very well-made and sturdy, especially the arm, which had received some bad reviews previously. The part that attaches it to the desk is great and seems like it will work for many years.

I really like the sound quality. Having used more expensive mics on stage, I have to say that this mic has just the right "warmth"... not too bright, and not too bassy. I think it really represents my voice well, and if I ever need to replace this one, I will purchase the same thing again, if it's available. If not, then certainly another Marantz product.

I highly recommend this product for anyone looking to podcast with just a simple plug and play device. The only thing I would add would be a pop screen and the piece that reduces the noise.
