I absolutely LOVE my new Gear Fit2! I recently took a job in a warehouse where phones weren't allowed. Since I wanted to track my activity a fitness band like this was a must. I really didn't want the FitBit as they have such a TINY display.
The display on the Gear Fit2 is HUGE and there's also lots of different watch faces to choose from - free and ones you can pay for. I have downloaded several and rotate them. You can also change the font size so you can read the display easier.
I love the fact that it tracks sleep and integrates with Samsung Health. It will let you know how long you've slept and shows a graph of how much Motionless Sleep, Restless Sleep and Light Sleep you had.
The Gear Fit2 also automatically takes your pulse every few minutes and you can also do this manually.
It is also, of course, a watch with the aforementioned countless watch faces you can choose from.
It also shows you your local weather and the forecast for the next several days.
Your emails will show up on the Gear Fit2 as well.
It tracks how many calories you have burned each day.
You can record how many glasses of water you have drunk each day as well as how much coffee.
It will give you a Weekly Report of your activity and congratulate you when you've made more steps than the past week or burned more calories (see pic).
The band is super comfortable. I wasn't sure I'd want to wear it while sleeping but I really don't even notice it.
The Gear Fit2 attaches to the included charger stand with a magnet and charges really fast. I've also noticed that even though I have it on my wrist every day, all day and night, I've only had to charge it about every three days.
All in all a great fitness band that I highly recommend!
