We're going on a vacation to Jamaica and user reviews for our resort say the resort has gone environmentally friendly so the are no straws. I bought these to take with us. I tested them yesterday by putting one in a glass of ice water. Drinking was easy and I left the straw in overnight to see how long it would last before it went soft. By morning, the straw was only slightly softer, not mushy or anything. They look cute, too. (Blue)

Great switch from plastic straws. However, have found better straws at the supermarket that are plant based and FULLY BIODEGRADABLE! Being disabled really need the ‘bendy’ straw. If you do not these would be really cute for birthday parties for children and adults alike. They come in many colors and patterns!!

These were perfect for our ladies luncheon. The color was exactly as shown, they are sturdy and didn’t get soggy with use as paper straws often do. They had an old fashioned look and feel which was a lovely touch. And most importantly they arrived promptly. I knew I was cutting it close since the information said they were due to arrive just one day before I needed them. However they arrived the exact day they said they would. Bravo!
I have plenty left and they are sturdy enough I am going to use some to make pinwheels.
I give them 5 Stars!

About a year or more ago I decided to move away from plastic straws. I found these paper straws and love them. I feel better using something that won't harm the environment. They are colorful and fun. I don't miss the plastic straws one bit.
