Replace the hook with a carabiner!

This bag fits a ton of stuff! I'm using it for a month long road trip and (granted I don't use a lot of makeup) it fits all my every-day products. I read the reviews about the cheap hanging hook so I just slipped a carabiner on it and it's super sturdy! It has so many little pockets, and the color is beautiful

It's the perfect size if you're traveling for a few weeks. It has a lot of pockets and storage space! I'm a makeup artist and this is perfect for all of my everyday makeup and brushes etc. I also love the color! I posted a pic with my body wash to show the width of the bag.

Love, Love, LOVE this bag. I have been looking for the perfect toiletry bag for quite some time, and have bought several. I don't travel a lot, but when I do I feel like I take half a bathroom worth of stuff along. This bag fits it all but at the same time allows for organization of it so that I'm not constantly rummaging through the bag looking for items. The color is spot on to the picture (I have the purple). The zip sides that are for makeup brushes are also great for small razors or other small slender items. I love that it can hang, although it can tilt forward sometimes so take care with that. It sits up properly on the counter, though, and I never had an issue with it falling over. I love the material it is made from. It can easily be wiped down if something spills on it, which I learned from experience when my foundation dripped a bit. I'm about to head out on a two week vacation and this will be the only toiletry bag I take with me. The structure is great, and the quality of the product seems great, too. The material is beautiful and it's sewed together neatly. It closes up nicely to keep items from wandering into my suitcase. I just put it in the suitcase with my clothes and everything is all in one place.

This bag is JUST what I wanted and the color is gorgeous. I wanted one that would stay standing when placed on a counter instead of flopping over like the LL Bean one that I have. HOWEVER. I hung it on the back of the bathroom door pending a trip, put a small travel hairdryer and empty travel bottles in it, that is all, and next time I touched it it fell off the hook. WHY? The hanger is made of flexible plastic! It just straightened out and voila, off the hook. I have posted 2 photos of it here, one as it looked on arrival and one demonstrating how crazy flexible this hook is. Fortunately I had another old toiletry bag that I never use that had a similarly sized METAL hanger on it and I took the plastic one off the new bag and sewed the metal one on. But just, beware. Otherwise this bag is just perfect.And pretty, and now I am looking forward to using it on my next trip. If it were not for the hook it would have 5 stars but that is just so elemental! If you are not worrying about hanging it, get it!!
A couple of days after I left this review the seller contacted me expressing concern about the one criticism I made regarding the hanger. they said that they are, from now on, going to use metal hangers, and thanked me for my suggestion. This is a beautiful bag so due to their responsiveness I increased my rating to 5.

I hathet from reading a current revirw that the promise of replacing the flimsy hook with a metal one was baloney. For lying, down to one star.

I purchased this bag a Christmas gift in purple... unfortunately I received black instead and it was to late to return it and get the correct one in time... so I tried to return it. Before I could mail it back, I received a message from the seller apologizing and telling me to keep it and they would send me the correct one or refund me. So, I have one now and decided to take a look... wow! What a great bag it is! Not fond of the black... but everything else about it is amazing... so many pockets and holders, stong metal hook (not weak plastic like other reviews)... I am so impressed I am going to try for the purple again for my friends birthday! You have won me over Lavievert!
